The iron nails are placed in a vibrating plate, and the loose nails are arranged in order by the vibrating plate, and then enter the welding wheel through the unloading track and welded with two copper-plated wires into rows of nails. Then, they are automatically rolled into coils (flat-top type and tower type) through automatic oil immersion, rust prevention, drying and counting mechanisms. They are automatically cut according to the set number of coils. The operator fixes the finished products with rubber rings and then packs them into boxes. . Different types of coil nails can be welded, including ordinary steel nails, hot-dip galvanized nails, linoleum nails, etc.
